Privacy Notice

What We Collect

LEADA collects the details needed to send and manage the Digital Pass, including name, email address, optional phone number, postcode, travel interest, consent records and campaign source or referring page where available.

How We Use It

We use registration details to deliver the pass, support campaign operations, understand campaign reach, respond to business submissions and maintain audit records for transactional emails.

Business Contact Details

Businesses that submit campaign offers provide public booking or contact details so Road Trip Pass holders can redeem offers directly with them. LEADA reviews submitted details before publication.

Marketing Consent

Optional marketing consent is separate from pass registration consent. You can register for the Digital Pass without opting in to future visitor updates.

Access And Updates

If you need to correct your details, ask a question about campaign communications or stop receiving optional visitor updates, contact LEADA using the contact details published on the LEADA website.

Service Providers

The platform uses trusted service providers for hosting, database storage and transactional email delivery. Access is limited to what is needed to operate the campaign.

Website Analytics And Cookies

We use Google Analytics to understand how people find and use the campaign website, including page views, general device and browser information, broad location, referral sources and completed campaign actions. Google Analytics may use cookies or similar identifiers. We do not send names, email addresses, phone numbers or the contents of registration and business-submission forms to Google Analytics.

You can restrict or clear cookies through your browser settings. Google explains how it handles information from sites that use its services in its partner sites privacy information.

Retention

Campaign records are kept only as long as needed for campaign operations, reporting, consent records, email delivery checks and reasonable administration by LEADA.
